Thank you camp host Fred and ranger Kirby for getting us another site since someone was still in the site we booked

Ranger obnoxiously scolded my husband, Veteran I must add, for our dog barking. We showed up later and when we arrived kids were excited and dog. But, the Ranger expressed to us that our dog was barking all night. This was not only a lie, but complete disrespect. So, we left and I don’t think I will ever go back there again. I guess, this has happened to multiple people. Also, although they will complain about your dog barking…. Everyone can run a generator 24/7 and that noise is allowed.

We arrived and having surveyed the site decided not to stay. The campground is very open under the trees. Our site was on the west edge and would have been in full sun all afternoon. And although many sites have pull-through loops, our parking site was just a wide spot in the road with no separation from traffic. It's too bad you have to reserve sites in advance with limited information as there were some apparently open sites that would have been acceptable.
