Great campground - very clean, spacious and stunningly beautiful. There are several easy hikes from the campground that showcase the rainforest in all its glory. Only downside is the main road leading to the campground is undergoing construction so be prepared for some delays.

Very clean and well maintained campground. We stayed at 83 and it was spacious enough for 3 tents.

The staff at the Hoh somehow seem to love their jobs more than the other stations (I’ve been to 3, multiple times… and the Hoh staff are a happy and friendly.
The rangers take the time and approach the jr rangers with sincerity- which I find more than refreshing- it’s beautiful. My kids literally clutched their books and said “I met a real ranger” like a movie star. It was so cute.
My campsite was epic. I made the perfect choice for us. My only comment would be that the host came by to correct where I parked (I parked where marked on all the maps), but didn’t address any off the 3 cars parked off road at the neighbouring site… it just felt unequally addressed- likely because there were 12 adults there… I am happy to follow the rules, but not to be singled out.
It’s a fantastic place and we will be back next year with their dad, again.
