Kettle Falls Campground offers a beautiful and tranquil setting with great views, easy access to fishing and boating, and friendly staff. Most campers appreciated the spacious sites, cleanliness of facilities, and the nearby beach area, despite some reports of mosquitoes and occasional maintenance issues. While some found the sites a bit cramped and noted the need for better bathroom upkeep, many expressed a desire to return for another enjoyable camping experience.

Campground was a mess. No maintenance at all. No camphost. It was a fire hazard with dried pine needles everywhere.
I was shocked as we have camped there for 20 plus years and have never seen it like this.

Pro's: Site was a perfect fit with a truck and 21' trailer and surprisingly little late night noise or generators on a holiday weekend. Con's: steep water access from the campground and no privacy between sites. All said though, it was still a pleasant weekend stay. We may be back.

We stayed in site 10, loop A, overlooking the lake. Beautiful site, close to a pathway down to the lake edge.

Beautiful area; clean & well maintained. Spent a night over the Labor Day weekend there. Only negative was a fellow camper who thought everyone would love to hear his loud music - even though we were five campsites away.

The campground itself is great, the spots are large and most are easy to get into. My only issue is the outhouses. They are so full, it won’t be long until they are completely unusable, which is unfortunate because the regular bathrooms will be closed for the season at the end of September. With the cost of camping increasing by 50% over the last couple of years, and no facilities added or visibly improved, there is no excuse that the toilets should be in this condition.
We love Lake Roosevelt and camping all year round, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult when the facilities aren’t being up-kept, especially when prices have risen so much.

A pleasant and clean campground. Bathroom was fine. Trailer parking more than adequate.

Since we were camping during the week and school had started, the campground was pretty empty. It also did not help that there was a complete fire ban but that is not the fault of either the campground or the National Forest Service. The summer has been extremely dry, making campfires very risky. The restroom facilities were convenient and extremely clean. There apparently is not a campground host--not an issue when there are so few campers.
