Such a lovely, wooded location inside the park. Only a 20 minute drive from paradise!

Fantastic campground, quiet and friendly. Would absolutely recommended if you are staying in the park. A quick drive to Paradise, obviously further to the Sunset side of things but an amazing drive down that direction across the park. Awesome hikes very easily accessible from the campground.

Great location, clean, quiet, has plenty of water/bathrooms. Sites are tight but I appreciate how efficient they are with so many people visiting the park. A and R loops are the only first come first serve areas so glance at a map before you arrive (especially if arriving in the dark). No cell service until Paradise but 5G once there.

Views of Mt Rainier from the campground, not super flat but pretty, some shade.

Many pull through sites that were moderately level. Access to several trails was available from the campground.
