The sites get some sun but are very shady and bring relief from the heat. They have put in new tables and fire rings. Elaine and Larry, this years hosts are very friendly and helpful. The campground was very neat and clean during my stay. A walk on the trails and trip to the river for a quick dip or playing in the water is a must see.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Clean, quiet, beautiful!! HOWEVER, it has become increasingly difficult to camp due to the removal of "first-come, first-served" sites. We are very upset to see the high volume of sites left unused, although the campground is complete "reserved".
I hope you will consider reinstating the availability of a few non-reservable sites....and/or find a solution to the problem of reserved sites going unused for others.
Thank you, Sheri

A small, quiet campground on the Pend Orielle River. Great hike showcasing local Native history. Near Marshall and Bead Lakes. Shady.
