What Guests Are Saying
La Wis Wis Campground offers a beautiful setting with spacious, private sites, great access to hiking trails, and the nearby Ohanapecosh River, making it ideal for nature lovers. While some guests noted issues with maintenance, lack of potable water, and crowded conditions, many appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the overall charm of the campground. Quiet small campground that is in a perfect location to many hiking trails. Large campsites with the river nearby.

Love this campground, though it's hard to get in and out of and has no cell phone service whatsoever. Wish the water was connected and it was open during October.

Wonderful campground conveniently located near Mt. Rainier amongst big trees. No cell service or data. Some loops not suitable for large RVs or trailers.

La Wis Wis is my favorite campground. I love the trees and river, and the sites are large enough to not be crowded up against other campers. And, itβs close to gorgeous Mt Rainier!

Beautiful setting. Site was OK for our trailer, quite open, and right next to 2 trash bins. Although it was reportedly nearly full with reserved ( better) sites, it clearly was not. Priced high for no amenities, compared to other sites on our trip to the Olympic Peninsula.
