Very peaceful campground that’s walking distance to many beautiful trails and waterfalls. If you have a tow vehicle, highly recommend taking the drive to Paradise Camp and its numerous trails up to the glacier.

I can't say enough great things about Ohanapecosh Campground. I have been there several times recently and I'm always finding new adventures to take. There are a number of easy and more challenging trails right from the campground, plus the river to explore that runs right through the campground. It is also situated about 45 minutes from Paradise and about 60 minutes from Sunrise, which are both "must see" destinations for further exploring. The scenery is stunning, campsites and grounds are kept extremely clean and the wild flowers in summer are amazing!
I suggest you arrive at Paradise or Sunrise early (before 7AM) on summer weekends and before 8AM on summer week days to avoid lines getting into the parking lots.

What a great place, even in the dense standby campsite we got it was a quality experience. Luckily we got there on a heatwave and could survive hopping into the river

Ohanapecosh is a beautiful campground that is well maintained. The campsites are a little close together but not unusually so for today's campgrounds. The rangers are very helpful. Hiking through beautiful forest landscapes with peaks of the Ohanapecosh River was a highlight.

First time here and 3 days isn’t enough to soak in the surroundings Ohanapecosh had to offer. Close trails that take you to a wonderful roaring water fall, Crystal clear and refreshing river to soak in the sun, and flushing toilet. Can’t ask for anything more. Looking for to spending more time here next time.

Great location, near Silver Fall trail and only about 17 miles from Woodpack where you can get your grocery and firewood. Local firewood truck comes around 5pm everyday to sell firewood $7/bundle. Bathroom is very clean.
