No running water or toilets for people paying good money to camp. Freezing, unsanitary health violations, people defecating in river. Yet running water at the resort...

The time limit on hotsprings comes across as cheap and greedy. One used to get a day pass with admission.
Campground had a water issue apparently with only one pit toilet in operation.
Cost of camping has gone up considerably over past 5 years.
Trees are still incredible. It's such a treat to have that forest so accessible.

No water, bathrooms closed. One vault toilet which was totally overused and was required to accommodate 40-80+ people as the campground was full. Wood smoke was so dense in the campground due to campers burning wet wood it became toxic and unhealthy to breath.

Spot #18 was a very nice spot, had the creek running down the hill. Having the water shut off so the bathrooms weren't available was kind of a downside since the vault toilet was clear on the other end of the loop. There seemed to be a lot of vehicle traffic, I assume due to the time of year and weather. The spot itself had a picnic table and fire ring, though you were not going to find dry wood to scrounge anywhere nearby. Also, this site might not be available after too many more springs since the area for the picnic table and such is falling down the hillside towards the creek. We arrived with a quad/extended cab standard-bed pickup and a bumper pull trailer that was 29.6 feet tongue to tail and we fit into the site without issue. The campground itself was quite wooded, so I think summer visits would be great for beating the heat, not so much if you are hoping to use solar to charge your batteries. The Resort itself was pretty busy when we walked up Saturday, quite a few folks in the pools, but all of the pools were available. There was no cell signal and no WiFi. We did not eat at the restaurant. They do have a small gift shop and supply store, just in case you forget something or want something to commemorate the trip. All in all it was a nice place to visit.

Great place, lovely walks from the door! Hike up to the falls from the resort through snowy forest was truly magical. The RV site was a bit tight but OK in the cold weather where no one is spilling outside but maybe this changes once the campsites are open. Staff all great.

The sites were not well managed. Sites we reserved were already taken. The site next to us was triple reserved. The bathrooms were out of commission and the vault toilet had no toilet paper. Dogs were not allowed on trails. The hot springs were fun.

Snow on the ground still as of April 9th. Still a fantastic time. Such a unique part of the planet, 10/10

Staff was friendly, the RV parking is a gravel parking lot. If you can boondock book one of the camping sites.

Highly recommend! If you ever get the chance to stay at this campground I cannot recommend it enough. The sites were gorgeous, private and just breathtaking! This location was easy to find and close to so many great spots to explore!
