What Guests Are Saying
Fishhook Park is a well-maintained, beautiful location with friendly hosts and clean facilities, making it a great spot for family outings and camping. Visitors appreciate the ample water access, quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of a nearby gas station. Some concerns include limited swimming access due to algae blooms and occasional discomfort from biting flies, but overall, guests express a desire to return.

We really enjoyed this campground! It was clean and had great shade. Our daughter enjoyed swimming and playing in the water. We will make a point to visit every year!

The picnic shelter worked out great for our church picnic. I was surprised that there were no trash cans available, only dumpsters, so make sure you bring your own trash bags!
The kids had a great time in the swimming area and we played games on the grass. I would not recommend coming here to play big games like ultimate frisbee as there is not a field. Also there was a lot of algae in the swimming area that deterred several people from taking a dip.
