What Guests Are Saying
Walupt Lake Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, well-maintained facilities, and opportunities for hiking, swimming, and fishing, making it a favorite for many campers. The campground is generally quiet, with spacious sites and clean bathrooms, enhancing the overall experience. However, some campers noted issues such as the absence of potable water, rough access roads, and occasional cleanliness concerns in the restrooms, along with a presence of mosquitoes and other insects.

The campground hosts were the friendliest and most attentive I've ever experienced in y 6+ summer there! The toilets were in immaculate condition, and the beach was clean and clear of litter. Thank you so much for another wonderful week in paradise!!

campground is the "old fashioned" type, deep under the trees. The camp sites are small, no doubt made before the era of large RVs. Middle of the week, it was quiet and peaceful. Great kayaking on the lake. Wish we had known about the 20 plus miles of gravel, washboard road to get to camp. This was a 2nd choice after our 1st reservation was canceled due to hazardous trees. Also, too bad the water system at the campground has been disassembled.
