My wife and i stayed for a very refreshing week with our dog. The camping place had everything we needed (table, grill and electricity) and all the facilities were very . All the camp hosts were very kind and offer to help every time. The location was awesome, you can do a lot of water activities and it has great hiking trails.

Decent camping deep in the woods of WV. Can be a little cluttered due to all the RVs. Accessable to the reservoir, clean bathrooms, etc. Will return one day.

This was my first RV trip and my experience at this campground was amazing! The staff was super friendly - I think they were as excited as I was about my first trip! The park rangers were helpful and friendly. It was Big Foot night and there were T-shirts, hot dogs, an outdoor movie, and a night hike. The sites were clean and fairly level. It was private enough and quiet. I highly recommend this place!

Previously I liked it, but this time it was severely overcrowded, and the restrooms were in bad shape.

Our visit was awesome the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and informative about the amenities. I’m very happy to come across this campground. We originally were staying at Barnum State Park. We booked a cabin there not realizing they did not have full service bathrooms . It was a whole in the ground with a plastic toilet that your waste just drops below… nothing but flies and the foulest smell of waste. The only source of water was the Potomac River. I rented a site so my family and I could shower. We fished at the pond and walked the trails in which we enjoyed. I wish we had booked our stay at your campground from the beginning. It would have saved us from a horrific experience at Barnum it was a night right out of a horror movie. We had our cabin broken into and terrorized by a psycho for over an hour. They did not have a place to check in or actually go too , to report our situation in person. They did not have any type of security at all anyone could get in. Your park was closed by time this had happened and ended up making our 5 hr drive home. We look forward to an actual stay at your campground in the future. Your establishment was a breath of fresh air ,very clean and secure. I give your place 10 ⭐️ . Barnum -0 ⭐️
