Always nice. Our lot was very private. It was nice that the visitor center was open.

Up in the mountains. Beautiful peaceful and spacious campsite. My parents live near there and introduced us. During the summer months the lake is a nice place to swim. Only downfall is you cannot walk to the lake from the campsite and need to drive. A couple miles away but due to the mountains it is not something the average person would want to walk to get there.

This is the nicest campground we've stayed in yet. A little more hot water in the showers it's the only complaint I can think of.

Facilities are very nice. Campground is very clean. Bathroom and shower house are good but could be improved. Hiking trails are wonderful. Nice archery range and basketball court.

This place was well kept and staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be with the description in the app, which is the lake isn't in the park. Must drive there. Either way would stay again.

Site 31 was really good, along the main split so we did see many cars go by but it was a holiday weekend and many people were out using the lake. Bathrooms were very clean (we didn’t use the showers so can’t attest to that but I overheard others saying the hot water wasn’t constant). My only complaint was the camp hosts did not attempt to break up a very rowdy group that was excessively loud up until 2 am. The hosts were only a couple spots down from them so there was no way they didn’t hear the commotion. During the day we walked down to the overlook and that was a nice walk on pavement. The trail around the campground was nice but doesn’t lead to the lake. No real room to ride bikes except around the campsites and for the kids it seemed to work just fine. Camp store had ice and wood, only opens in the evening time though so plan accordingly. Filling water at check in was very easy, we had zero problems with it. All in all a good experience except for the very loud, rude neighbors.
