Wonderful, but..... there should be a warning about the drive up the hill. They have a perfect spot to fill your water tanks up and the dump station was immaculate!
Once we arrived and parked it was everything one could hope for. Movie night on a big screen, kids riding bikes, campfires, guitar melodies and singing wafting through the trees. We backed up to the woods and had plenty of room around the fire pit and could put our screened-in tent up. The lake was picturesque, the facilities were great. Clean and comfortable. There were plenty of on-site hosts and they were very helpful.
We drove over to the Antietam Battlefield and to Harper's Ferry. What a magnificent day exploring and learning more history of the amazing country!
This is a hidden gem on the top of the hill. Make sure to go to the front of the campground and watch the sunset. Just stunning! We'll be back for sure!

Accommodations were excellent. Bath houses clean, camp hosts extremely nice. The only problem was the water faucet closest to our camp site was out of order, had to walk a ways to get water.

I have camped at Robert W Craig campground for many years. The price is very reasonable, fun activities for the entire family, even pets.

Great campground! Friendly hosts, shady spots that are fairly private. Pet friendly.

Been camping here for 3 years now. Went from being camp hosts to just “regular” campers. My family and absolutely love it. It’s a wonderful campground. Two playgrounds for the kids and a fishing pond with some nice catfish in it. Also a basketball court, an archery course and bike trails. We always enjoy staying here.
