Trout Pond is a hidden gem. Beautiful setting in G Washington National Forest. Campground has large sites. 15 electric sites. Nice lake and hikes. Firewood not supplied. Bring or be ready to chop. Facilities are good. Dog friendly.

Beautiful surroundings, very well kept, excellent for family outings. The camp host was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did get rained out and decided to leave a day early but will definitely be back next summer. Only complaint would be is there needs to be more signage to locate the campgrounds.

What a gem! Amazing for family camping away from the noise of this busy world. Camping sites are very nicely kept and generous in size. Great place for families and during the summer the lake is just perfect for the little ones to swim. No cellular service is another plus if you are trying to keep off social media. But remember to “offline download” any maps you may need for the area before if you are planning on navigating via phone.
