What Guests Are Saying
Summersville Lake Shelters offers a beautiful setting with plenty of activities for visitors to enjoy, making it a popular choice for family reunions and gatherings. However, there are concerns about maintenance, with tall grass and untrimmed trees posing safety issues and accessibility challenges. Overall, while the lack of amenities like electricity and water is noted, many guests had enjoyable experiences and appreciated the scenic views and clean shelters.

The grass needed cut, the shelter was very dirty with leaves and debris. When someone pays $90 for a shelter with no electric they expect cleanliness

We held our family reunion here in August. It was a great location! There was a large field and playground for children to lay on and plenty of parking. The site was also handicap accessible. My only complaint is there was no power t the shelter.
