What Guests Are Saying
Gerald Freeman Campground is a beautiful and peaceful destination, well-loved for its family-friendly atmosphere, clean facilities, and scenic surroundings, including easy access to water for fishing and kayaking. Many campers appreciate the relaxed environment and friendly staff, making it a favorite spot for repeat visitors. However, there are some concerns about the maintenance of the grass and bathhouses, as well as the need for better Wi-Fi and more full hook-up sites.

Had a great weekend. Nice site No. 115. We rented a pontoon boat from the Snack Shack - had a great time on the water.

Long windy road to get there but a nice site if you want to disconnect. No cell service or internet. Grounds were well kept but when mowed grass was all over the RV.

Great campground with a lot of sites. Awesome piece of water next to it. Highway 15 is a has a lot of curves which makes it for a long trip into the campground for big rigs.

We have camped there several times in the past 2 years. They have very clean camp sites and they have recently updated the bath houses which are 100x better. We will always go to that camp ground for an instatecation.

Very nice campground, there were ticks everywhere. Even in the cut grass areas, had to pick them off dogs every walk.
