What Guests Are Saying
Two Lakes is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and friendly camp hosts, particularly Sparky, who goes above and beyond for guests. Campers appreciate the quiet atmosphere, spacious sites, and opportunities for fishing, boating, and hiking. Good based on a Boondocking. The Hosts were the best. Just wish they would throw in some power and water sites.

Having camped at Two Lakes for 11 years we have never been disappointed. The host are always helpful, the restrooms clean and and other campers are respectful. Managed to get Site 84 for the first time, It was awesome.

Other than the downpours (4 in two days) the campground was great. We were on Bass Lake and the site was amazing. Direct access to the lake which was great for paddle boarding. The toilets were cleaned twice a day which made it so there was no smell. Didn’t ah w good cell service unless we went to the boat landing at Lake Owen.

Lovely campground, great site. Not nearly as busy as last year!!! Clear clean lakes! Great hike around the smaller lake, even saw a beaver dam!! Very peaceful, no wake lake perfect for kayaks!

Beautiful campsites! Very large and private. Many are right on the lake with quick access for kayaks (which they rent) and canoes.

The campground was awesome! Bathrooms are super clean. The peddle boat rental was fun. Sites are spacious with decent privacy and having boat landings in the campground was super convenient. Beaches are also very nice. We spent a lot of time on Lake Owen.

Very large campsites, very well spaced apart, huge campground. The cleanest pit toilets I've ever experienced. The camp hosts/managers have great people skills and provided excellent customer service when I pulled into my campsite and was immediately approached by the folks in the next site that their two campsites had been split and I'd actually be stuck in the midst of a group of 20 boy scouts and nicely told me that I probably wouldn't want to be there. The camp hosts were great about the move request and even drove me about in a little electric cart to personally find my perfect spot. And the spot? I had water access right from my site for putting in with my kayak, and a hiking trail head directly across from my site. It was perfect. As a mid September camper, I enjoyed cool evenings around the fire, and a lightly populated campground. My only "complaint" if it can even be called that, is bring PLENTY of cash for wood. As a National Forest you can't bring in wood, and their wood is excellent, very dry, burns well. Too well, as it can be. Goes like matchsticks. $6 a bundle and I used 4 bundles night one and 5 bundles night two. Good to keep that in mind. Will definitely be going back!
