We had such a wonderful, memorable 3 day stay. It was quiet. People were friendly but not intrusive, and it was the perfect peaceful get away we needed. The bathrooms were clean and functional. They have paved paths to walk around and take in nature. Would definitely go back.

Nice little campground. Most sites are large, a few have a bit of a slope, so larger rigs may be harder to level. Nice view of the lake from many spots, good trails to wander the woods.

I’ve camped here several times in the past year and since the electric camp host named Don left it has gone downhill. Used to he would clean the sites the day before they were reserved and blow the leaves off. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. He would interact with the people staying and was friendly. The guy they moved from the non electric sites to the electric sites now doesn’t do anything. The sites were trashed, the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been touched in months, and the only time I saw the host was when he was driving his Tahoe around with his strobes on. Overall after losing Don as a host the electric sites have gone downhill. It’s a shame because the campground is close and convenient for a weekend getaway. I feel like part of reserving a site includes making sure it’s at least blown off or clean so it doesn’t pose a fire hazard right at the fire pit. He doesn’t even write the reservation names on the signs on the site posts. Over all the experience has declined.

Great spot, big enough for my 10' trailer, truck and maybe 1 other vehicles or a longer trailer.
