What Guests Are Saying
South Fork Campground is highly praised for its clean facilities, attentive camp host, and beautiful location near the creek, making it ideal for exploring the Bighorn Mountains. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained trails, and the relaxing sound of the nearby stream. While some noted that campsites are close together and that fire pits could be better maintained, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Campground is great. Very Quiet and the Campground Host Debbie is awesome. We did experience very rude out of state campers from Minnesota that showed up three hours before check in. They were expecting the people occupying the campsites to leave since they showed up early.

We had a wonderful time camping at South Fork in the Big Horn Mountains. The campground was clean when we arrived and the host came by to make sure everything was OK and welcomed us. It was very quiet and relaxing and I will definitely stay in this campground another time.

Campground was clean and well maintained. Would recommend that the hand pumps be replaced with a more modern water system to better accommodate campers.
