What Guests Are Saying
South Fork Campground is highly praised for its clean facilities, attentive camp host, and beautiful location near the creek, making it ideal for exploring the Bighorn Mountains. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained trails, and the relaxing sound of the nearby stream. While some noted that campsites are close together and that fire pits could be better maintained, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

This is a gem! 15 min up from Buffalo, the pine forests are stunning; the campsites are in great condition and the hike along south Fork is unmatched. A great host makes it the real deal!

Beautiful location perfect for the outdoorsy experience. Bathrooms were well kept and running water was available at the site. Flies were a nuisance while preparing breakfast.

In one word, beautiful sites. I had number 2 which is a little like living on a cul de sac with your own little trout stream. Once I figured out where it was easy to back my 30 foot trailer into and even got decent sun for my solar during the middle part of the day.
Pump water was far above excellent!
