Nice quiet campground. A bit far from Yellowstone for day trips, with a very steep road in, but doable. Sites 12 and 15, by the river are the best.

This campground is really far from any attraction in Yellowstone.
Very remote, no view.
OK for 1 night.

Beautiful dry camp. Sites were roomy and decently spaced. Some were narrow. Vault toilets were clean and well kept. Camp host was amazingly helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back when in the area.

Excellent dry camp ground with great access to the East entrance and/or reasonable access to the North East entrance of Yellowstone national park. Many commercial guide or outfitting services are available on the road to Cody if you get tired of the park?
