What Guests Are Saying

North Tongue is a peaceful and clean campground with well-maintained bathrooms, ample space for larger trailers, and great opportunities for fishing and wildlife viewing, including moose and deer. While some sites have slopes and noise from nearby recreational traffic can be an issue, overall, visitors appreciate the friendly camp host and the cozy atmosphere. Reservations are recommended due to the campground's popularity, and the addition of electricity would enhance the experience.

Beautiful campsite! Private and quiet with a lot of room for hammocks, ATV and bikes. River right outside camper door with bridge perfect for fishing. Will be back for sure!

A really nice campground, on a stream, with wildlife, and off the beaten track. Friendly and helpful camp hosts.

We stayed here twice this year, the first was our first time camping in the Bighorns. I had a mishap with our new 40' toyhauler in the loop at the end of the upper campground. The loop was a bit tight for my inexperience with the new new rig. Other than that, we had a great time. We were very impressed with the camp hosts and their upkeep of the campground.

Quiet, spacious campground with proximity to the nearby gurgling river. The campground host was lovely, and extremely hard working. The pit toilets were immaculately kept, with plenty for f toilet paper and even hand sanitizer available. Campsites are well spaced, with picnic table, fire put and lantern pole.
