Easy to find, but feels secluded. Camp and facilities were well-maintained. Nearby campers running generators at night were irritating.

We have been camping at Stillwater for over 30, and have made many memories with our family. We hope to make many more. The tables and benches could use a little work though.

The campsite was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms, while vault toilets, were immaculate and actually were pleasant smelling and always stocked with tp. Overall experience was excellent and will definitely be back!!

Great campground near the river which has a resident moose living in the area. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the campground did not currently have potable water available. But Bear River State Park was nearby in Evanston and we were able to fill up there.

Stillwater CG is in a beautiful location with easy access from Hwy 150. Spots are fairly close to one another, but, as it is with so many other things, the neighbors make all the difference. When I was there, the only "noise" I heard was the sound of kids playing and exploring. I enjoyed it.
The toilets were clean and well kept. The dumpster is located right next to them. It has two bear-proof doors, but one of them was mangled to the point where a bear standing upright could rifle through the trash. I hope it gets repaired soon - this is the only reason I'm giving it a 4 versus 5-star rating.
Many of the spots back up to the Bear River, and there are plenty of places where a person can sit and enjoy the sound of the water. There's a moderate amount of shade, but you have to wait until late afternoon to early evening to enjoy its full benefit.
This was my first campout in several years due to family drama, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm eager to visit other places in this beautiful state. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Stillwater and it was great both times. The first time, we camped right on the river, but this time when we visited in August, without a lot of time to schedule it, we couldn't get the same spot as it was quite busy, being the last week before school started. The restrooms were very clean, as before.
We did have a private spot, though there were many camped nearby with small kids. We still had a mama Ruffed Grouse stroll through, followed by her 9 half-grown chicks. We also had mule deer, snowshoe rabbits and many chipmunks. Next time we would prefer to visit in September.

Our favorite place to go for a quick getaway. Peaceful, tranquil, away from noisy stuff!
