What Guests Are Saying
Signal Mountain Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting right next to Jackson Lake, with clean facilities, running water, and a variety of amenities, including boat rentals and dining options. Campers appreciate the wildlife, privacy of sites, and great views, although some sites have limited lake visibility and issues with electrical service. While the campground is popular and can be pricey, many visitors express a desire to return due to the serene atmosphere and access to nature.

Such a spacious site! Nice obstructed lake views. Each of the 3 walk in sites has their own access trail (with the front one being open to the car park area). I saw that some reviews had said you have to walk through the sites, so I was concerned, but there was a path to only our site to the side of the parking area. Quiet but you can hear your neighbors. Bathroom and garbage receptacle is close by. Little to no cell coverage with T-Mobile

This was our seventh campsite in 9 days. It also was our favorite. Shore access, and breathtaking views. The host or information person was super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come here from Portland again!

Signal Mountain Campground is a wonderful base camp for the Grand Tetons. Centrally located and nice privacy foliage.
Would have loved more amphitheater presentations and showers included.
The beach access to Jackson Lake is the BIG selling point.
Our campsite has a private foot path down to the water — what?! That’s amazing. Especially when alllll the Teton tourist stops are swarming with people and it’s hard to even snag a parking spot, it’s fantastic to be able to end each evening with our Tommy Bahama chairs watching the sunset just steps from our campsite.
We are campsite #43.
Note: the site would be easier to park a large trailer if you enter the one way backwards. You can see the trees across from the site are heavily banged up from lots of previous “incidents” as while the site is large enough… the trees and roadway to back in a trailer are narrow! Be cautious and best to just go in backwards. Otherwise, an excellent site (maybe lacking some privacy, as the fire pit for the neighbor site is very close). But overall would definitely book the site again just for the water access with excellent Tetons view.

Really expensive, but the facilities are well
Maintained and the staff were lovely. Watching sunset at the lake shore was worth the price
