What Guests Are Saying
Signal Mountain Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting right next to Jackson Lake, with clean facilities, running water, and a variety of amenities, including boat rentals and dining options. Campers appreciate the wildlife, privacy of sites, and great views, although some sites have limited lake visibility and issues with electrical service. While the campground is popular and can be pricey, many visitors express a desire to return due to the serene atmosphere and access to nature.

The location of the campground was great and easy to access the entire park. The sites were more spread out so you were not on top of your neighbors. The tent pad was nice and flat making it an easy/comfortable set up. The biggest downfall was the bathrooms. They were not clean, had bugs and spiders everywhere. The men’s bathroom was not filled with toilet paper for days even leading someone to leave a note on the staff cleaning log stating “the last stall has not been cleaned for a long time”

Great campground. Bring an extra long extension cord if you have an electric site if you want some electric in your tent. As always, getting out early to see the sites helps avoid the crowds.

We really enjoyed this campground. We saw a fox and a bull elk up close several times. The camp spots were spacious enough with partial shade. We liked the proximity to the day use spots next to the lake where the kids could fish and my husband could fish (he caught multiple trout). It was nice having showers and laundry facilities to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful campsite!! Incredible views, easy access down to the water. Would definitely recommend and book this campsite again. Make sure your things are locked up, we had quite a few interactions with a fox looking to take our food anytime we turned away
