Really nice campground. Well spaced sites and clean. The lake is superb and the Pinedale area offers great outdoor activities. My only issue with it is it allows generators. Unfortunately we had someone stay a couple sites away that ran their generator a lot, not during quiet hours, but a lot outside that time. Whenever their generator was off - it was so enjoyable. Others ran their generators as well, but it was 30 minutes here...30 minutes there, and was fine. I run on solar and love quiet. I understand generator use, but maybe they should restrict it more and this campground would be amazing.

Fremont Lake was one of the most scenic places we have ever camped. We prepared for no hookups and didn’t miss them. We had snow (end of May) at the beginning. Of our stay, which made it magical. The trails at the top of Skyline Drive were too snow covered to hike but we explored the area anyhow. Green River Lakes were unreal! We had and needed a Jeep to get up the 19 mile dirt road. One of the prettiest places I have been. Pinedale is close by and is a great town. The Mountain Men museum was a great stop. All in all an A+!

We were in Site 50. Nice pull-through site overlooking Fremont Lake. Site was level and freshly paved.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. We have been to this campground many times and the bathrooms have always been cleaner.

Beautiful lake. Nearby Lodge has friendly hosts and fine dining on the weekends. Located near the Wind River Range one can drive to see spectacular views. The town of nearby Pinedale is handy and friendly.

We live in Pinedale and Fremont campground is our favorite place to camp. The campground is always very well maintained and the scenery is beautiful. Plenty of spots to choose from yet you don't feel it's overcrowded.
