Very quiet peaceful place to camp..park attendants were very pleasant. Weekdays were great...but from Friday night untill Sunday...some people that had a lot of kids [ let me run wild] bath house was a mess..dirt all over floors .pine straw..paper ..showers had paper wrappers and dirt all over the floor...it's NOT the camp hosts fault. They do the best they can...we also smelled Marijuana that came from. Where these people were staying..the wind was blowing from that direction toward us..do we had to smell it... we got a call Thursday from Corp. Of engineers asking if we would be willing to leave a day early so a dead tree beside our lot could be cut down
..we did leave early...yet from chatting with people who came to that lot 2 days after we left...no tree had been taken down. Yet....no clue why....

Nice paved site with direct access down a slight grade to the beach. Schluded from the neighbors except the the back which is very close. Mostly shaded during the day, especially afternoon. Facilities clean. Laundry in the restroom building. Phone service; T-Mobile. Internet fast enough to stream movies; ATT. Could only get 1 OTA TV channel.

This a great place to watch nature. The sites are nice with lots of people in the camps. It was cold while we visited so not as much outdoor time as we'd like and we still cant wait to go back.
