Campground was nice with clean bathrooms. Direct access to the Transept Trail. Our biggest problem was the Yellowjackets. They were swarming the water spigot and were all over our food. If it weren’t for that, it would have been perfect!

The people in the campground office were very nice, and super helpful. What a fantastic area! This was hands down the peak of my 5 week trek.

The site was perfect for us. We were situated away from the RVs in our tent with easy access to the trail leading to the lodge. The North Tim is a wonderful place to unwind. We hope to return in the future

The bathroom facilities were very clean. The camp site was laid out nicely. There are trails near the campsite that can be hiked to the NR Lodge. This campground is worth the stay and I would use again.

The North Rim has a lot to learn from the South Rim, particularly for the disabled. The trails are not very HCA at all, none with a view of the Grand Canyon. The Campsites are not only small but quite unlevel, we used every leveling block we had just on one side of the RV just to make it level. We had reservations for 2 nights but left after the first night. We did not enjoy the North Rim, Been There, Done That, will not return. The Motto, For the Enjoyment of the People is BS, it should be For the Enjoyment of Some People but only if you are ambulatory. The Lodge was no better. The Lifts were broke and they had no Ramps for the disabled. We had reservations for dinner but the Hostess was so uncaring about my wife's situation we left. The only place we she could go was to the Saloon and Gift Shop. This was not a great place to visit and the attitude of most of the employees was they didn't really care. The Barmaid was nice, and the volunteer at the visitor center was good, but that was about it. Even checking in the Ranger just didn't seem to care.

What an amazing campground. Beautiful scenery. Well-maintained and clean facilities. Campsites are spacious. People respect the quiet hours. Amazing view of the sunrise from the small trail near campsite 16.

Site was excellent - just steps to amazing views of the canyon. The tent pad area had a slight slope. Check-in was easy and the ranger was very helpful.

This is one of the best run park campgrounds I've ever stayed in. So clean. But what is really the best is the placement of the sites. Not all jammed in together. It was also so quiet so the people were showing respect for the place. It was so hard to get a site when we had to change plans a month ahead but I was patient and checked every day. It was therefore sad to see unoccupied sites.
The hosts were so friendly and helpful The ranger also. Laundry good and the showers were erratic in temperatures but we were glad there was water at all.
I like North Rim so much more than South Rim . A fantastic several nights.
