We felt clean and safe, and the camp host was amazing! The only thing was that there were a lot of free-range campers in the surrounding areas that had off-leash dogs that were not very friendly - These campers though were not on the campsite just the areas surrounding.

We loved this place!! It was rustic and beautifully natural! There was a vault toilet but no running water or electricity…great get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It was very quiet except for wildlife..oh and the camp hosts generator.
We will definitely be returning.

I picked the perfect time to camp, as there weren't that many people around. The lake was majestic and the campsite #13 was perfect for me as I was solo Camping.
Camp host did a really good job in checking in to see that everything was going well.
Overall- I'll def be coming back!

Nice views. Can be rocky if your tent camping. Bathroom was clean. Our host was a rude. We did have a lot of skunks visit.

The site was beautiful with plenty of trees. Having water and containers for trash on site was a big plus. plenty of space in the spots. The only bad thing was the person in charge of the camp that repeatedly inserted himself into our experience by warning us throughout the day of camp rules and complaining about other campers. He shared with me way too much info about experiences with other campers while I was in line at bathroom. I believe he took my respectfulness and quietness as either permission or a chance to intimidate. Is the camp nice. Most assuredly! Will I go there again. Most likely not.

I always love to come to this campsite. Usually quiet. This year I came on a holiday (4th of July.) the only draw back over a holiday... is that the Razor type vehicles and 4 by 4's were racing around all hours of day and night. Bob was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to have fire as the ban was lifted a few days before. It's still very dry and with the elevation a bloody nose was a given. (Bring nasal spray!) Road coming in is passable by car, but it is bumpy. I think the horses were hiding mostly because of the amount of people in the woods. A lot of cows by the lake this time around. Bathrooms were immaculate! Thanks Bob!
