This is a beautiful campground with outstanding private sites and accessibility to multiple trails. Nice shower house. Summer is hot and humid without electricity and thus AC, bit I would 100% return for a fall or spring visit.

The camp hosts really take care of the campgrounds and work out any issues you might have with your selected site. Excellent attention to detail. Bath house was clean! Good job!

Koomer Ridge Campground is in a great location with access to many trails. The sites are clean and maintained and level. Bathroom and shower facilities available. Well shaded. The amphitheater is in need of repair. No electricity, water is available. Sites are well spaced out. Fire rings and tables are available at each location showers are central location as vault toilets are available in each area.

Nice campsite at the end of the road so traffic less. Bathroom and water close by. Sun/Mon nite stay so campsite was not really busy. Cicadas were very loud in the afternoon but hey, that's OK. Excellent access to the local area - hikes, fishing, etc and not so far to civilization if you needed some last minute items. Lots of birds. Having a shower building available (even with only cool water) was a nice surprise. Thank you to the USFS staff responsible.

Nice quiet primitive campground with well maintained sites, the bath house was clean and having a trailhead right from the campground was great. Site 29 was spacious enough for my 26ft camper and a tent and hammocks

The campsite site was beautiful and well maintained. The bathhouse was exceptionally clean throughout the entire day! The only downside of my trip was the lack of dry firewood available due to the rain storms, of course not the fault of the campgrounds.

Great spot. Best for tents as many sites were not at street level. Big storm in the area and many trees down. The rangers were out in full force cleaning it up first thing in the morning
