Beautiful view of the lake, although extremely low. We did see a mating pair of bald eagles. Be sure to confirm whether or not the forest is closed and whether or not a fire is an option at your campground.

I will definitely stay at Lynx again. Groomed campsite, good privacy, easy walk to the lake, and got to watch eagles fishing. Also, very polite campers. It's a great place.

Nice, quiet campground only 2 miles outside of Prescott. I love the quad-arrangement of campsites which provide a lot of privacy among all of the campsites. The camp host was very friendly and came around daily to check in with us. The Sharlot Hall Museum was WONDERFUL, as well as visiting The Palace Saloon. Very fun town to visit. This is our 2nd time at Lynx Lake and we will be back.

Nice quiet campground right above the lake. They are well spaced so you don’t see your neighbors.

Host do not open restroom at all, Host said to save water not open 4 restrooms only 1open half mile away.
When making reservation, they charge $8.00 for in Pass in addition to camping charge. Also senior pass holder senior were
charged same as every person not senior.

The campground was nice. The sites are not too close and very clean and not much beats the smell of pine trees. The lake was just a short walk down from the campsite and there are trails all around the lake.
We saw eagles soaring, wild turkeys and even a deer came through our campsite.
The only downside was we happen to pick one of the hottest days of the summer to go, but a breeze kept if doable. We will definitely return.
