It is so conveniently located near Prescott and most of the back in sites are nice (mostly for smaller rigs). There are many tent camping sites and RV sites that are best for tenters too since you are right next to the road. When we were there, most of the locks on the bathrooms did not work and the toilet paper was not kept stocked.

Convenient campground with lots of clean spaces. I would prefer more sites available on a first come, first served basis. We did not have internet access so had to call to make a reservation which certainly seemed long and tedious. Most of the sites were by reservation only, but no indication on the site if it was actually reserved, so we spent much time on the phone determining the available sites - a very poor use of time for both of us. Furthermore, the sites we had selected by driving around were mostly accessible sites so not available to us. However, there was not indication on any of the sites about their accessibility status. All in all a very frustrating procedure.

The campsite was wonderful, the scenery outstanding. Pull through driveway was awesome! The biggest problem is the Women’s toilet, don’t know about the Men’s. It was the grossest toilet I have ever been in. The ammonia smell takes your breath away and makes your eyes burn. It is hard to breath when you enter. The amount of flies in the toilet area is disgusting! Would have given four stars but for the toilet. It is a shame since there are ways and means to keep the toilets fly free and not smelling, like other camp grounds I have been to. It is too bad a fabulous camping experience is not as nice as it could be because of a toilet!

Only concern I had was there were several vehicles cruising in and out of the camp sites over the days we were camped. These vehicles did not appear to belong there and I believe they were casing the grounds for opportunistic theft of campers belongings.

The campground RV spot was very nice and the camp host was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that could have made it better was water spigots with hose attachments. We had deer visit our campsite. Very nice experience.

Got there and it was dark and snow on the ground. This sight didn't have any trees right nearby so tent was just out in open and wind was harsh.
