White Spar was a quiet campground with easy access to Prescott. The spots were level and private with great picnic tables and fire rings, making it a pleasant place to spend a night or two.

Most trips this is a wonderful location in the woods. We come here multiple times a year usually love it.

We camped in November and it was moderately cold. No water after September here, camping was well maintained and easy to get to town. Controlled burn had scorched the area but it was still pretty.

The pictures provided of the campsite # 12 were not correct. Do not use these pictures for reference. The fire pit and table were a long way from the trailer parking.

This a clean, well laid out campground. The pit toilets were pretty awful and the water spigots were turned off for the winter. There also is quite a lot of traffic noise if you're tent camping like we were. It is close to town for stores, restaurants and bars so it's not really much of a 'back to nature' campground. There was no camp host but luckily there were no issues to worry about. There are homeless people in town but they never approached the campground. I felt safe leaving our gear at the site while we were away.

The sites 1-4 are close to the road and at the entrance so there is increased traffic and noise.
The single track mountain biking is great, right out of the camp!
