The views was amazing! It was a bit of a challenge to get the camper level but you’ll have that from time to time!

Stayed 2 weeks, once the weekenders were gone it got real quiet and the wildlife returned. Made a very good experience to see nature and the beauty of Lake Degray. The campsites are spacious and in the woods, you don’t feel like you’re piled on top of one another like an RV park would do. The bathrooms were always impeccably clean and well equipped for both restrooms and showers. Park power supports all kinds of RVs and the water hookups made things convenient. Just have to wait to dump your tanks on the way out. Dump station also well equipped with wash hose and just 40 yards further forward was a certified clean drinking water full station, even though it wasn’t needed for the park, great for those who need their tank refilled as they hit the road.

Bathrooms are men/women, no family showers. Bathrooms lights are on a photocell so shower early or after dark. Great if you have a boat, plenty of shoreline to bank at night by swim beach. Very quiet and chill. Lots of open woods to run your dogs around away from everyone as you enter the property. Well kept for an old state park.

The site we were in had a beautiful view of the lake. It was a little steep getting in and out of the motorhome and the light in the bathhouse parking lot light up our bedroom so much at night we had to hang towels over the windows. Really pretty and peaceful park. Enjoyed watching the wildlife, deer and squirrels. Also nice park for walking.

Clean and quiet and well maintained campground managed by a wonderful and helpful directors. Would recommend to everyone. The only thing wrong is it does not have a boat launching ramp.
