Peaceful and mostly quiet park with beautiful views. No water at sites, just electric. My one concern were the campers who appeared to be homesteading out there by the looks of all the vehicles, the dog tied up to an igloo plastic dog house and the cords of wood seems they had settled in for a long winters stay. I suspect they are using this campground as their hunting camp by the looks of all the ATVs parked along the road. They had attached their water hose and a Camco filter to the fresh water supply located by the bathhouse so it was inaccessible to any other campers.

The trees were beautiful. That was the highlight. The bathrooms were not monitored and by Sunday had run out of toilet paper and needed to be cleaned. The site (#8) was long enough, so that was a plus but the power pole was pretty far away from the back of the parking place and the pavement was not level. But the TREES! I would actually go again, just pick a different site.

Nice campground with easy access for big rigs. We are a 44 ft motorhome. All sites are sloped toward the rear of the campsite. While we were not able to be perfectly level, we were able to set the coach up without much hassle. We will be back.

Nice campground well maintained by the COE. You can't beat the online reservation and easy check-in and out process and $$value per night! We love the COE campgrounds.
