What Guests Are Saying
Toad Suck Campground offers a beautiful setting right on the Arkansas River, with clean facilities and friendly staff, making it a pleasant place for camping. Many visitors appreciate the spacious sites, good fishing opportunities, and the chance to watch boats navigate through the locks. However, concerns were raised about highway noise, traffic from non-campers, and limited bathroom facilities during peak times, which could affect the overall experience.

We camped with in-laws and four grand boys. The boys enjoyed the play areas and they wanted to stay but school was the next day. Very friendly folks from the check in process. We camp here every year during spring break. For the most part, the shower area is very clean. One morning someone had really made a mess in the bathhouse. Thanks

Beautiful views of the Arkansas River. Interesting to watch the barges. Some road noise during the day but pretty quiet at night. Friendly hosts, clean campground and bathrooms. Near to shopping . Good sized sites but most are unlevel.

We were in site 9 and it has a steep grade but for our van camper it was good. The view was great and the grounds were well kept. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The host were great and very helpful. We have stayed at many COE campgrounds and this is one of the best. We will stay there as often as we can.

Great campground. Well kept grounds and facilities. Friendly campground host. We were in a site right next to the river. Was only there 1 night, but will return again for a longer stay.

It's a beautiful park right next to the Arkansas River. We watched the barges and tugboats. It's close enough to Clinton, so we took a day trip into old historic downtown the day it rained. Checked out the Fulton County Museum then ate lunch at Mike's Place...... highly recommend. The only negative is the park is right next to a busy
highway. Overall, a great experience.

This camp has been on my bucket list ever since I saw the name. On the River, nice quiet spot.
