What Guests Are Saying

Toad Suck Campground offers a beautiful setting right on the Arkansas River, with clean facilities and friendly staff, making it a pleasant place for camping. Many visitors appreciate the spacious sites, good fishing opportunities, and the chance to watch boats navigate through the locks. However, concerns were raised about highway noise, traffic from non-campers, and limited bathroom facilities during peak times, which could affect the overall experience.

Wonderful Park! Very friendly staff, the grounds are well maintained, and the bathhouses are the cleanest we've seen.

Only there overnight but what a great campground! Spacious campsites, clean, beautiful grounds and spectacular view of the river. The lady at the office was super friendly and welcoming. Hope to come back and spend several days here as it's the kind of campground where you have plenty of room to just relax and its close proximity to town and even Little Rock provides many opportunities for all sorts of other activities. Do wish they had sewer hookups but a great bargain with electric and fresh water on site. Didn't make use of the bathhouse so can't comment on that.

Beautiful park. Stayed at site B03 in middle of October and was right on the river with plenty of space. Was met upon arrival by a very friendly volunteer who gave us information about the park, the area, and where our reservation was. Site had water and electricity with no issues. There was a picnic table that is covered, and a fire box that was clean. I don't remember if there was a grill as we weren't there long enough to use one. Dump site was clean, but is a little awkward to pull into. With our small camper it's not an issue but with a larger camper it could be as you have to basically make a u-turn from our loop into the dump station. We have Verizon service and had enough of a signal to hotspot to our Roku TV to watch college football when we weren't exploring. Love this park, the Conway area, and will definitely be staying again!
