What Guests Are Saying
Lost Bridge South is a well-loved campground with spacious sites offering stunning views of Beaver Lake, making it a favorite for many families. The facilities, including clean shower/toilet rooms and friendly staff, contribute to a pleasant camping experience, despite some concerns over the need for deeper cleaning and updates. Some sites present challenges for larger RVs due to steep drop-offs and tight access, but overall, visitors appreciate the natural beauty and amenities of the area.

COE has done a beautiful job with new sites along the shoreline (except some have electric but NO water hookups. Huh? My real disappontment is with several of the other sites. They are rated as suitable for RVs longer than 30 feet, but they have narrow, dilapidated pads with 5” to 10” dropoffs, and they are impossible to back into with a rig longer than 25 feet without going dangerously off of the asphalt. They damage RVs. I won’t return to this COE facility until they update the roads and pads.

the campsite had not been open for 2 years. they finally opened it but did not trim trees and you have to back your motorhome you had the issue of not damaging your motorhome from the low lying limbs.

Having a spot directly on the beach was amazing. A couple of the adjacent spots were closed for repairs. So it was very quiet. I didn't realize some of the beach spots didn't have water but we made due. Also there's no dump station on site so be prepared. Beautiful beautiful location!!!

The camping was good. Only issue was dog not on leash. I thought dogs were supposed to be on a leash.
