What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

JFK is one of the cleanest, quietest camping areas we’ve ever stayed in. Great place to fish, hike, bike ride, or just chill. The temperature is always about 5-10° cooler than up on the lake, due to the cold water coming out of the dam. If you like trout fishing, this is your place to go. Not expensive, and National Parks Sr pass gets you half price.

We were not able to use the pavilion because of rain. we had rented for the whole day so $100 was wasted.
