What Guests Are Saying

Ozark Campground offers large, well-shaded campsites, a friendly camp host, and excellent swimming opportunities in the nearby Buffalo River. While some guests noted issues such as trash left at sites and limited bathroom supplies, the campground generally maintains a clean and quiet atmosphere, especially away from the busier swimming areas. Overall, visitors enjoyed their experience and appreciated the natural beauty and amenities, with plans to return in the future.

Such a beautiful spot! And perfect for the kids. The area was quiet. We were right next to the river. Would love to go back again!

Nice little campground right on the Buffalo. Pretty quiet but you do get some traffic from folks taking out canoes etc from far end of campground. One our go-to camps in the Buffalo

A shower should be added in the restroom with running water. Even if it is only cold water.

Our stay was very pleasant and the camp site host was amazing. Unfortunately we were pulling a utility trailer and found this to be very difficult when it came to parking. This is truly a tent only camping site in which you are not pulling a trailer for kayaks or bikes. We were able to squeeze in with the help of the site host for the single night we stayed there, but would not be good for a week long or even week-end if you were planning on leaving and returning.
The beach area was great and the bathroom facilities were clean. The park had a large open area for games and family events - would be great for taking a large family/group for a retreat.

Site #1 is very small, especially when the people at #2 spread out. There's almost no flat space for a tent. Camp was completely packed and very noisy, with the caveat that it was Memorial Day weekend.

What’s not to love ❤️ although the host could’ve been a little more ‘hostier’ 🤷🏼‍♀️

Only stayed Friday night. Bathrooms were clean and functional but ran out of TP before morning!!! So perhaps bring your own just in case. Also got ticks on us just from walking between bathroom and campsite. So wear insect repellent! The camp site was otherwise great! Beautiful campground.
