What Guests Are Saying
Dam - Quarry campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds, and great trout fishing in the Norfork River. Many campers appreciate the spacious sites and friendly park staff, with several expressing a strong desire to return. However, there are concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some facilities needing maintenance, which some attribute to the behavior of other campers rather than park management.

Nice campground on the river. Before we left, my wife was already on returning.

It’s great family place I just wished they would drive slower thru the area so many kids riding bikes and skate boards

Grass a bit long and wash rooms a bit dirty but still a great visit. I did find out that using my own electric weed eater to clean my site was a eviction violation due to park liability. Oh well.

This spot is wonderful. We stayed in July so it was very warm but, it's nice and shaded in the afternoon. The breeze coming off the river was nice. We stayed in a large tent and there's plenty of room for setup. All the staff at the park is very friendly. I really appreciate the park rangers making rounds, keeping an eye on things. Also, the bathroom and showers are just a short walk up the hill. And there's a play area just behind the site as well for smaller kids. We swam in the lake while we were there. Norfork lake is always nice and clear. Our family can't wait to go back.
