What Guests Are Saying
Dam - Quarry campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds, and great trout fishing in the Norfork River. Many campers appreciate the spacious sites and friendly park staff, with several expressing a strong desire to return. However, there are concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some facilities needing maintenance, which some attribute to the behavior of other campers rather than park management.

hard to get a spot reserved we had friends who tried to get a spot next to us and had to get two spots down The spot between us showed reserved all week and no one was there. the one on the other side had a camper in it and never seen a soul come and go. I thought if you had a spot you had to occupy them also the park was maybe half full all week but showed full. but there did have some campers come and go. I have talked to several folks and they reserve spots all over the state and at the last day cancel People who have to work don't always know when they can get off until a few days ahead. The way this is set up makes it hard to plan a trip. There should be a way for people not to reserve several spots around the state for the same week. Therefore opening up camping spots

The trip was great…although the bathrooms were kind of dirty and they ran out of TP. The hosts at the check in were awesome.

A nice park with a convenient location! Grounds needed some mowing / trimming, especially next to the river, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Take some time to visit the trout farm across the highway - a fascinating experience.
