What Guests Are Saying
Dam - Quarry campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds, and great trout fishing in the Norfork River. Many campers appreciate the spacious sites and friendly park staff, with several expressing a strong desire to return. However, there are concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some facilities needing maintenance, which some attribute to the behavior of other campers rather than park management.

A great time as always. I suggest since NEXT is in the park why not offer wifi in the park. Camped on site 60. A great place to fish and relax with a nice campfire. Thanks Ranger Kevin for checking on us

This was our first time at this campground but we will be back. The only downside to our trip was the rainy weather. The riverside site views were great and husband really enjoyed the fishing.

It was great. Loved that you could go and see the trout being raised and restaurants were only 20 minutes. It was really cool outside and rainy so could cook outside.

We loved this park! The river view from our campsite was lovely. The camp spots were not overly spacious, but far enough apart hat we didn’t feel cramped. The trout fishing was great. My hubby caught his limit and had a fun fishing trip on the river. The weather this time of year is a little cool and the colors were just starting to come out in the trees. Overall a nice trip. Clean restroom facilities, friendly park employees. A good camping experience!

Great for get away or family get together. Park is well maintained and scenery is so relaxing. Great for dog walks or stress therapy.

Very enjoyable camping experience. I enjoyed visiting the trout hatchery located very close to the campsites. The camping there was the first time to visit Dam Quarry Park.

Beautifully maintained campground. Friendly staff. Bathrooms need updating or something. Need a trash dumpster within the loops. Trash was overflowing at the small trash cans near the bathrooms. This was my only complaint. Spaces are roomy and pretty level. There’s not a bad spot! Stellar setting.
