Campsite 158 is right on the lake and is gorgeous!!!! Now for the negatives….
-There was not a fire pit at this location as advertised so we didn’t end up getting to use the wood we purchased.
-There was a homeless man sleeping on the picnic table 2 sites down from us, which was depressing and made everyone uncomfortable. The cops and park ranger spent several hours addressing the situation.
-There was only ONE bathroom stall in the women’s restroom, and the restroom was honestly disgusting. We ended up leaving after 1 night because the facilities were so nasty and there was always a line.
-There is no camp store for you to purchase any essentials you may have forgotten.
I wish I could have given a higher rating because the view was truly spectacular, but for me there is a lot more to camping than just a nice view.

Campground sites had nice views of the Lake. The bathrooms are inadequate tho for the # of campers/campsite!!! The bathouse had 1 toilet and 2 showers.
1 toilet is not nearly enough.
When we arrived Friday, it was clean. By Saturday and the remaining weekend until we departed Monday…disgusting and lack of toilet paper.

The views are beautiful. The spots are fairly nice though a lot are very uneven for RV camping. The problem really lies with the bathroom facility. They are the worst we have experienced in the whole state. They are moldy. The tile is coming off the wall. They stink. They’re hot. And they are in desperate need of a power washing…on the inside. I have camped there and purchased a pass at the community center 30 minutes away just to take a shower. So disappointed. There are far too many outdoor things available to do and not have a decent shower facility.
