We paid for a big, grassy campsite with back-in parking. Instead, we found a dirt-only, small group campsite mostly on an incline, with no water close by and a huge staircase between the parking lot and the site. Not recommended

Good view into the sea, noise from traffic at night.

No water on site. This has been the case for over a year with no plans for improvement. Potapotties only.
The park contractors live next door and run a community generator all hour. Don’t reserve any site near the north entrance
In my opinion this awesome campground is not what it use to be.

Unfortunately the toilets were closed due to a leak and the temporary toilets were grim. we didn’t see the warden so had no idea of walks apart from down to beach which was lovely
