Smaller campsites, especially around the campfire ring but loved the tent pads for set up. Not crowded and so peaceful. Bathrooms were just open toilets but they provided hand sanitizer.
Sites had lots of trees but still during the day had sun. We had a pop up which was great to add some more shade.
The new hosts have been there for about 6 weeks and were very nice and helpful. They came by each morning and brought us a pamphlet for Hetch Hetchy and recommended a hike near by that was perfect for my parents and I. Also, gave us some ideas for getting into Yosemite without a reservation.

What a lovely campground! We canβt wait to come back! The host was friendly, the toilets were always clean and Yosemite was so close! It took about an hour to drive into the Valley and only 30 minutes to Tuolumne Grove!

Dimond O is a good alternative in the summer when the valley floor is booked and too hot. Tuolumne Meadows is cooler than the valley floor and is easily accessible from Dimond O. This campground has the middle fork of the Tuolumne River next to it so it's a good place to be by a clean cool stream.

Tolle Lage im Wald, schΓΆne Campsites. Es gibt leider kein Waschbecken, aber das ist aufgrund der Lage im National Forest zu verschmerzen.
