What Guests Are Saying
Oh Ridge Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful lake access and spacious, clean campsites, making it a favorite for families and returning visitors. Despite some issues with restroom accessibility and a lack of showers, most guests appreciate the friendly staff and the well-maintained facilities. While there are concerns about parking fees and campground maintenance, the overall atmosphere and scenic views make it a desirable camping destination.

Awesome campsite, close to the water, clean, quiet crowd, nice hosts! Was windy in the evening and at night but its camping!

Campground is just above the best mountain beach for little kids. Restrooms were clean. We were only there for one night and packed up first thing then biked down to the beach, so the lack of shade wasn’t an issue. If staying multiple nights, would get another site. Though this one does have lake views.

Site was maintained, restrooms clean, but the site was overrun by Chipmunks and ground squirrels. The Chipmunks got into our tent, garbage, and bear box. We had to be on constant alert.

Cramped site but excellent lake views. Could not (politely) have a fire because the firepit is very close to and upwind from the next site.
The pumice dust in this site is miserable and it wasn't even very windy! I'm still cleaning all our gear!

Sandi the camp host (both of them) were awesome. Been camping for years and they are by far the best communicators and hosts. Thank you

Loved the views from our campsite and the easy access via the walking path to the beach below. Facilities were a little farther than I anticipated and while the toilets flush you still need to bring your own soap to wash your hands. Our campsite fire pit was really, really close to our neighbors. It was very windy in the evening, but after a hot day we didn’t mind. Staff was super gracious at the front gate checking us in. Definitely would stay here again for the location, but not at the same site number.

We go every year for a week in June. We plan to go next year because we enjoy the camp.

The whole time we were at our site, the water was shut off, the bathrooms were locked. And now we can't go to the lake without paying to drive down. And without the other campground being open, we can't get showers or ice

We made a reservation the day before. Edison had turned off the water, saying it would be back on by 6:00pm. We were never told this at check in, never given the chance to cancel, or go find water, and the water never came on. I think it was unprofessional to not tell people the whole story. We rationed what little water we had. Never again.
