What Guests Are Saying
Oh Ridge Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful lake access and spacious, clean campsites, making it a favorite for families and returning visitors. Despite some issues with restroom accessibility and a lack of showers, most guests appreciate the friendly staff and the well-maintained facilities. While there are concerns about parking fees and campground maintenance, the overall atmosphere and scenic views make it a desirable camping destination.

I always enjoy it here, kept clean and great views of June lake. Some spots have limited shade just depends on what you get.

Site 146 was great! Large site with plenty of room for trailer and options to set up tents. Lots of deer in the evening walking through. Had a coyote one night. No bear activity. Very minimal shade and recommend a pop up or something for shade. It gets HOT in July! Very easy to walk to the lake to cool off. Excellent star gazing! No bugs. Close to bathrooms and they were pretty clean. Close to water and trash.

Lovely area! Campground sites are close and other campers tend to cut through. Might suggest more designated trails to cut through from circle of campers to other circles. Maybe have only big huge camper vans in one area...

Loved this site and the campground as a whole. However, last minute thunder storms in May threw a wrench in our plans so we left early but will def be back in the summer as the lake is a 5min walk!

This is our fifth year at Oh Ridge. We adore the town of June Lake and have always loved Oh Ridge. Unfortunately this year wasn’t as enjoyable as years past. The general store/showers/basketball hoops attached to the campgrounds are still stuck in probate so they once again are not open. I would not stay here again until this issue is resolved and they reopen. Additionally they removed the cement blocks with eyeholes on the beach that were needed to secure pop-ups when afternoon gusts would inevitably kick up. They also removed the picnic tables that used to be close to shore, and this is the second summer they have charged $10 to park. Not worth it anymore. Last, and this one is applicable perhaps to just rabbit loop where we have stayed for 5 years - the bathrooms this time around were not kept very clean. Wads of TP on the floor, left in the sink, etc. It seems like the rangers missed quite a few of their cleaning rounds during the 7 days we were there this year. Overall, we love this campground, and with a few small changes we will gladly stay there for years to come!
