Debbie the camp host is the most rudest camp host I have ever experienced in my 26 years of coming to Sherwin Creek. If she is a representative of USFS, California Land Management, Vista or USExplore she is doing a disservice to outdoor recreation. She threatened us with citations and gladly expressed she would use our extra vehicle money at the casino in Bishop. She single handedly ruined our trip with her bad attitude, harassment and bullying.

We love this campground. We stayed in #77 again, as we did a few years ago. Right near the creek, neighbors are far apart and the back of the site is forest. You can hear the creek from site. Friendly, helpful campground hosts. Clean, great location. We will definitely be back again!

Debbie the camphost is very rude, condescending and does not possess the outdoor spirit. She needs an attitude check. We will never go back

Camped at Site 10… Secluded campsite. It was perfect for a much needed getaway in nature.
The camp host was awesome. No bear sightings.
Definitely coming back to this site. It has become one of my favorite sites/campground.

The creek is small but beautiful and great for fishing. Close to town but far enough away that you feel like you’re camping .
