Very nice quiet campground tucked away just outside of downtown Mammoth. Campsites give you a good amount of space and privacy. Good bathrooms and water sources.

Quiet, near the town and yet if feels like you are miles away. Staff was helpful. The grade of our site was a bit difficult for our trailer.

I’ve been camping here for well over 30 years and have enjoyed every single year. The Camp Hosts are the best in the business! As far back as I can remember, the Camp Host have always been great. This year was no different. They all need a pay raise! The Campgrounds were perfect and the restrooms were clean and well serviced…Maybe one day, we could get some plumbing to the restrooms and make everyone happy…?

Lots of respect tell off road vehicles, some kids on motorcycles but was not excessive
The ground were well kept and the hosts were very efficient and friendly people, they even rached the camp before I got there, nice touch

Pet friendly. 2nd week of July, dusty, flies. Was looking forward to checking out the creek right behind us, but the drop down to the creek is very steep. Had our dogs with us, one of which has some hip issues, so unfortunately, we were not able to walk down to the creek right from our site like we had hoped. Very close to the site next to us, no trees in between us, a couple of bushes in between. Little shade on most of the site for hottest portions of the day & unfortunately only one side of the site had a couple trees, one that allowed us to anchor our dogs in shade & away from the other site besides anchoring them to the picnic table. Conveniently right across from the vault toilet, water, & one of the camp hosts. Light pollution dies away on the way to the campgrounds. Bathroom lights across this site unfortunately killed some darkness & our night vision, but could still see many stars. Very close to town, very convenient while still feeling away. Brought our 6 person tent with vestibule, only had one option of where to pitch due to uneven area & sloping.

Very nice, clean and very private campground, well protected from the wind. Very attentive hosts. They make sure that the campsite is pristine clean for your arrival. So very close to Mammoth, yet, so secluded
